The Easiest Chocolate Mousse Ever ©

serves 4.

100g bar rich Milk Chocolate (approx 46% cocoa solids)

50g Dark Chocolate – 70% Cocoa Solids

50ml Milk

200ml Double Cream – whipped to soft peaks

Strawberries or other fruits to garnish

Place Chocolate in a microwaveable bowl and carefully microwave until nearly melted – do in bursts of 15 seconds at a time

Heat the milk until nearly boiling and then add to the melted Chocolate – leave to cool

Fold the Cream into the Chocolate and Milk mixture and share between 4 small bowls or ramekins

Chill and then decorate just before serving

This really is the easiest and most delicious dessert recipe. Add liquor of choice to jazz it up – or orange/mint flavouring. I hope you enjoy it.
