Who we are
Four Seasons Cookery Academy (‘we’ or ‘us’) collect, use and are responsible for storing certain personal information about you. When we do, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation which applies across the European Union (including the United Kingdom) and we are responsible as a ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purpose of those laws. We have undergone an accredited iHASCO GDPR course to ensure that we understand the fundamentals of GDPR in order to support our valued customers.

Personal information that we collect and use
We collect your name and email address. This is necessary to book you onto sessions and respond to queries via email. This information is kept securely on a password protected computer accessed only by us. It is held for a period of 2 years and then removed on a rolling monthly cycle. Your information is secure with us. Payment details are encrypted.

Personal information you provide about third parties
If you give us information about another person (ie booking a session on their behalf), you confirm that the other person has consented on your behalf to the processing of their personal data and shall receive any data protection notices on their behalf
