The Four Seasons Cookery Academy operates under the experienced guidance of Michele Newton who is an experienced restaurateur and outside caterer as well as a trained chef assessor/trainer, cookery writer and nutritionist.
Here at the Four Seasons Cookery Academy, we recognise that staff are our biggest resource. Management and leadership doesn’t always come easily to people and our course has been written to support this vital element.
It is not just for the hospitality industry; it is delivered widely to companies across the UK.
The course explores different styles of leadership and management and how to get the very best from staff.
We include time management; the importance of being able to delegate and dealing with conflict. There is an overview of mental health first aid at work – particularly relevant during this particular time. It is a bespoke course, so can be tailored to your particular needs.
