Make new friends, see the beautiful Isle of Wight and have fun learning different cookery techniques with the owner of the Four Seasons Cookery Academy, Michele Newton, who has hand-written all the recipes for you to enjoy. Friday Evening
One Pot Supper for guests on arrival. Meeting and greeting, an overview of what we will be achieving over the weekend and general 'settling in'.
Guest baskets on bed, along with Isle of Wight Produce and Guide Books.

Saturday
D.I.Y. Continental breakfast available, along with fresh juices; tea/coffee; cereal
0930 - 1230: Cooking for lunch
Fresh Soup
Fresh Bread Rolls (Sun-dried Tomato and Olive)
Pasta dish (i.e Smoked Salmon Tagliatelle)
1300 - 1400: Lunch
1400 - 1730: Free-time to explore the Island
1800 - 2000: Cooking for dinner
Three course - i.e. Piri-Piri Chicken with Tzatziki
Pork Medallions with Wholegrain Mustard and Honey Sauce and Fresh Island Vegetables
Fresh Fruit Platter/Crème Brulee

Sunday
D.I.Y. Continental breakfast available, along with fresh juices; tea/coffee; cereal
10.00 - 12 noon: Brunch
Kedgeree
Scotch Pancakes with Bacon, Egg and Maple Syrup
Cocktail Sausage Skewers with Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes
12 noon - 1300: Eat together
1300: Consolidation of course and free time until guests leave the Island
