The Supper Clubs

Come and join us at one of our warm and friendly supper clubs. These 'hands-on' cookery sessions will be held in Cowes from January 2012 with a maximum of 10 people to ensure that everyone 'takes part' under the watchful eye of Michele or one of her expert team.

All the recipes that we will use have been hand-written - with your good health in mind but they are far from boring, though - we promise! At each supper club, we will make two dishes - a main course and a dessert. The courses start at 6.30 p.m. and we hope to be sitting down to supper by 7.45 p.m. at the latest.

The 2 course meal costs £15 per person and must be booked in advance. Cancellations should be made 72 hours in advance, please. Soft drinks and tea/coffee will be provided and you are very welcome to bring wine with you, if required.

Additional dates can be booked for birthday parties/corporate events/hen nights/stag nights, etc.

  • Piri-Piri Chicken and Chorizo Paella
  • Spinach and Ricotta Canneloni
  • Smoked Salmon Tagliatelle
  • Roasted Vegetables and Honey Brown Rice
  • Pork Medallions served with White Wine and Wholegrain Mustard Sauce
  • Curries - Healthy Chicken Korma and the Four Seasons Lamb Curry (medium)
  • Chicken and Mushroom Crumble
  • Chicken Pasta Bake
  • Loin of Cod served on a bed of Honey Roasted Root Vegetables
  • Leek and White Wine Rissotto
